Day Tour, Gondola Ride to Zip Lining Over Queenstown

Join in on an exhilarating Kea zipline (flying fox) adventure above spectacular Queenstown! Ride up the Skyline Gondola and then glide through the treetops on a series of six flying foxes.

Begin with a guided journey through local legends and information about Queenstown and New Zealand’s indigenous Maori culture. Your guides share unique insight into the surrounding natural environment and Queenstown’s transformation into New Zealand’s adventure capital.

After a fitting with harnesses and helmets, you’re ready for the world’s steepest tree-to-tree zipline! Longer and faster than most other tours, you’ll glide through native beach forest on an exhilarating zipline ride down Bob’s Peak mountain. Zip through six tree-to-tree ziplines, reaching speeds of up to 44 mph!

From the top of the Skyline gondola, you’ll descend 30 stories all the way back in town.

Need to Know
Comfortable clothing and hiking boots or good athletic footwear is recommended. Bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed on the tour for safety reasons. Long hair should be held back with a hair tie or elastic band. Any loose items must be zipped into pockets prior to riding the zipline. Cameras are allowed.
